What this is

SEO Comms Clinic is a coaching and practice tool for account leads. It scores written replies and meeting transcripts against the FREDA™ rubric and drafts suggested follow-ups using AI. It is not legal, financial, employment, or contractual advice.

FREDA rubric

FREDA is built from a practitioner dataset of 18 enterprise SEO renewals managed by the operator. It is not peer-reviewed research. Scores are guidance, not guarantees of any commercial outcome.

Acceptable use

• Only paste content you have the right to share under your employer's confidentiality, DPA, and recording-consent rules.
• Do not paste regulated personal data (health, financial account numbers, government IDs).
• Do not use the tool to harass, deceive, or manipulate clients in violation of applicable law.

AI output

AI-generated scores and drafts may be wrong, biased, or hallucinated. You are responsible for reviewing every output before sending it to a real client.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Trial terms are disclosed at checkout. You may cancel at any time from your account.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost revenue, lost clients, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the tool.

FREDA™ is a trademark of the operator. Gong, Otter, Fathom, Zoom, Google Gemini, Moz, Ahrefs, BrightonSEO, and all other product names referenced on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used nominatively for identification only.
