SEO Comms Clinic is a coaching tool for account leads. You paste a client email or meeting transcript, we score it against the FREDA™ rubric and draft a reply. We do not sell your data, do not use it to train models, and do not retain pasted content after the coaching session that produced it.

What we collect

• Account data: email address, name, and authentication tokens, stored in our managed backend (Lovable Cloud, powered by Supabase).
• Coaching history: the FREDA scores and AI-generated feedback for sessions you choose to save, linked to your account.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• Product analytics: standard pageview and event data.

What we store when you're signed in

Anonymous use: we don't retain your pasted text after the AI returns a result. We keep only a hashed fingerprint (IP + user agent + day) so we can enforce the free-use cap.

Signed-in use: when you save or iterate on a draft, two rows are written under row-level security scoped to your user_id:

• coach_regenerations, the original message you pasted plus the AI feedback, so you can refine across turns.
• pitch_attempts, your scored pitch attempts so the dashboard can show progress.

Neither table is shared with anyone, queried for analytics, or used to train AI. You can wipe both at any time from Account → Profile → Delete my coaching history, or by emailing the operator.

What we do NOT do

• We do not train any model on your pasted content.
• We do not retain raw pasted emails or transcripts after the coaching session that produced them.
• We do not share pasted content with third parties except the AI sub-processors named below, strictly to generate your coaching output.

AI sub-processors

When you submit a paste to the Inbox or Live Coach, the content is sent to Google Gemini models via the Lovable AI Gateway. Google's Gemini API terms state that paid API content is not used to train Google's foundation models. Review Google's terms and the Lovable AI Gateway terms for their own retention windows.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to paste a given client email or transcript into this tool under your employer's confidentiality, DPA, and recording-consent obligations. If you are unsure, redact identifying details before pasting.

Your rights

You can self-serve delete your coaching history from the Profile page, or email the operator for full account deletion or export.
