Be the Person Your Organization Trusts to Lead AI Search.
Think of this as your boardroom shield. The things you learn in this workshop will ensure that you're always in control of the narrative.

Four modules. One job.
Keep the client in the room. Every module comes from a real crisis across 36 enterprise accounts: a QBR that went sideways, a renewal thread that stalled, a CFO asking why the retainer still matters. These are the moves that worked.
- AI Search as a new intermediary between your customer and your brand
- Who demands, who supplies, and what the market actually is
- The scarce resource: recommendations, mentions, citations
- What is up for grabs: narrative control, categorical authority, high intent referral traffic, revenue
- Why visibility on its own is just a metric until you define what a recommendation means for your category
- The ten year bet: demand for AI answers keeps growing, so what does that mean for your vertical
Economics is the one shared language in the room. Access, opportunity, risk and reward. Start there and the tactics land.
“I can make the business case for AI Search in economic terms my leadership already understands.”
Your Leadership Action Plan
Every attendee leaves with a personal roadmap built from the four models we work through: the economics, the Gap Matrix, the Readiness Model with ADKAR, and FREDA.
Your one page commercial case: what is scarce in your category, and what narrative control is worth to your business.
Your organization plotted on the grid, with the gap between what you know and what you operate on named out loud.
An ADKAR progression roadmap: the adopter stage your room sits in today, the single lever that moves it, and the stage you are steering it to next quarter.
The three conversations coming up on your calendar, scored before you walk in, with the letter you tend to drop flagged.
Why me.
I have spent over a decade doing change communication. Youth work first, where the job was getting people to move on something hard. Then content and media leadership at Foundation Marketing and EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum. Now enterprise account management at Moz, carrying 36 enterprise accounts through the most chaotic structural shift search has seen.
Alongside that I host MozCon NYC, moderate at BrightonSEO, and have spoken at TEDxSaintMarysU. Facilitating a room is the day job as much as the strategy is. The models in this workshop came out of 43 client conversations across 19 enterprise organizations, and the numbers below are the receipts from the same year.
Maintained an 87.2% gross retention rate across 19 retained enterprise wins during massive industry chaos: AI Overview rollouts, zero click traffic drops, and collection shifts.
Monetized the shift to AI Search while clients were panicking about organic drop-offs. Generated +$42.5k in fixed contract expansions and +$88k including usage expansions.
What people say
Rarely do you get an opportunity to work with someone who is talented, intelligent, and motivated in executing a task, and Kanaar is that person. Anyone with an opportunity to collaborate with Kanaar should take it.
Kanaar is one of the most grounded, brilliant, insightful, and focused people I have taught in my 34 years as a prof. His creativity, combined with strong self-reflection and empathy, make him an incredible communicator, story teller, relationship builder, and content creator.
Kanaar is an amazingly talented writer, marketer, thinker, poet, and all-around creative. His ability to frame content for both consumer and executive-level audiences is unparalleled.
KB shows up in his space, whether that's online, through team events, or just as a human being. He makes this a safe space where team members can join and feel comfortable about sharing things they wouldn't have otherwise thought to bring up.
From the room and the feed.
“You smashed it...everyone was saying how great you were on stage!”
“Going into our conversations always made it simple to shift context, and get into the meat of the conversation quickly. Follow ups were high signal, and actionable, which was greatly appreciated.”
“The way you speak is inspiring. Your passion pushes beyond the words that leave your mouth and creates a ripple effect for all who listen. You will impact and empower the world, Kanaar, you already have.”
“Thank you so much for your kind words and for bringing such incredible energy throughout the day!”
“Your positive energy, the expertise you provide as a fellow speaker, and I could just tell that you really meant everything that you said.”
“He was welcoming, non-judgemental, and openly shared his own experiences. He created a space where we could share our experiences and be vulnerable, too, and leave feeling more connected with each other and ourselves.”
“You did an amazing job with all the speaker intros and hyping up the crowd! Was so nice to meet you.”
“Your insightful, comfortable to talk to, confident, you seemed genuine when speaking. It inspired me to come off like that as well.”
