you've worked hard to build.

A high-touch cohort for SEO and account teams who want to communicate value more clearly, navigate difficult client conversations, and walk into renewals with confidence.

SEO teams are doing more than ever. Algorithm shifts, AI search, new stakeholder pressure. Even great work becomes difficult to defend when the story around it isn't clear. This program helps you prepare for the moments that matter, with frameworks, practice, and one live account rescue.

The 4–6 week pilot
One account · One team · Four to six weeks end-to-end
Diagnose. Decide. Measure.

The pilot runs on one real account you already own. You bring the transcripts, email threads and call notes. FREDA reads them. We talk through what the language is doing to the relationship, agree a new communication strategy, and watch it play out in the team command over the next four to six weeks.

Founding 12 seats run the pilot at €1,500, invoiced after acceptance. Feedback on what lands and what doesn't is part of the deal.

  1. Week 0
    Intake and onboarding

Thirty-minute call. You share three past transcripts or email threads on the account. FREDA is wired into the AM or CSM's workflow: Gmail, Slack, and the meeting tool of choice, so it picks up new comms in the background.

  2. Week 1
    FREDA diagnosis and strategy

FREDA grades the existing communication across Frame, Relate, Excite, Demonstrate, Ask. We walk through why the team is leaning the way it is and where the language is helping or hurting the account. You leave with a written strategy and a client brief inside the Clinic.

  3. Weeks 2 to 6
    Measure in the team command

Reps upload transcripts to their personal accounts, or FREDA picks up new threads automatically. The manager view in the team command shows the grade movement, never the raw words. By week 4–6 we compare the before and after, and tie the shift back to the account outcome.

What lands in your inbox
  • A FREDA assessment of your current account comms.
  • A strategic readout on where the conversation is breaking down.
  • A client brief inside SEO Comms Clinic.
  • A before and after view of communication quality by week 4–6.
  • An action plan tied to the commercial outcome on that account.
What the pilot is not
  • A generic demo of the tool.
  • A surveillance layer on your reps. The team command shows grade movement, never quotes.
  • A one-off audit. The point is measurable change inside six weeks.
  • A commitment past the pilot. If the value isn't obvious, you walk.
This is for
  • , Senior account managers and client leads who own the SEO relationship day-to-day.
  • , Anyone at the contract-negotiation table for SEO: heads of client services, growth leads, agency partners renewing scope.
  • , In-house SEO leads defending budget when procurement asks "why are we still paying for this?"
Better suited elsewhere
  • , Junior execs who don't yet sit in client conversations.
  • , Non-SEO founders who want to slap this in a deck for their round.
  • , Anyone who thinks AI killed SEO and just wants a eulogy.

€1,500 · invoiced after acceptance.

One recent moment a client made you defend SEO. What happened, what you needed, what was missing. Plain sentences, no pitch.

Applying is not payment. €1,500 is invoiced only if I accept you into the cohort, and only after we've spoken.
